These services provide a comprehensive approach to care for Havenwood Seniors Home residents. We maintain an open communication policy by working closely with each resident and his or her family members and physician. Care for our residents is always delivered with empathy and compassion. We believe that aging in place is an important aspect of caregiving. We strive to provide the best physical and emotional support for our residents. The consistent delivery of high-quality care is our primary focus at Havenwood Seniors Home.


Individual service plans will include a resident’s personal preferences regarding geriatric exercise, games, television, Nintendo Wii, crafts, pet visits, pastoral services, live music, and favourite foods, as well as vital medical and pharmaceutical information and end-of-life directives. We also have a house cat at each home (Minnie, Smokey, and Charlie) who offer comfort to our residents. All residents also receive weekly professional hair care services and regular foot care services.

Engaging in social and recreational activities encourages residents to maintain and enhance existing skills, and this also helps to alleviate the disorientation and anxiety that accompanies most dementias.
